Government Degree College Talla Sult ,Almora is situated in Lesser Himalayan Zone of Kumaun region at an altitude of 1068 mt. in the midst of Neval Gaon, Talla Sult, Almora. on Ramnagar Ranikhet moter road(via chimatakhal). It is Affiliated to Soban Singh Jeena University, Almora, Uttarakhand

Government Degree College Talla Sult come in to being in 2014. The basic purpose of the establishment of the college, is to extend the education to the most common and poor person of this remote hilly area. At present, the college has the honor of having good number of students in arts stream.
